On May 25, 2024, Gate Charity successfully hosted the "Heart & Health Charity Clinic" at Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha "Budi Luhur." The event brought together healthcare professionals, local cultural ambassadors, and volunteers to support around 50 elderly residents through health check-ups and health services. The initiative aimed to create a sense of dignity, hope, and companionship for residents while encouraging a spirit of compassion and social responsibility in the wider community.
The event, in collaboration with Bujang Gadis Jambi (local cultural ambassadors), highlighted the importance of holistic care for the elderly. Volunteers dedicated their time to ensuring residents felt cared for and appreciated, offering meaningful interactions and fostering connections.
The event celebrated the upcoming National Day of Older Persons in Indonesia on May 29 and reinforced Gate.io's mission to honor and uplift elderly residents through Gate Charity. We thank all the volunteers and partners whose dedication brought joy and warmth, leaving a lasting impact on the lives of the residents and embodying the spirit of giving back.
