II. Eligibility for Participation [Existing users (registered before June 25, 2024) with total assets of no less than $100 in Gate.io account or trading volume of no less than $500 in the last 6 months] and [New users (registered after June 25, 2024), who have made a deposit during the competition] are eligible to participate in the competition. Participants can choose to join the team competition, engage in 1v1 battle blitz, or create their own team and become the captain. The minimum team size for team competition is 5.

IV. Prize Pool The event's prize pool will be dynamically expanded based on the number of participants: the more users who join, the larger the total prize pool will be. Specifically, 70% of the total prize pool will be allocated to the team competition, while 30% will be allocated to the 1v1 battle blitz. V. Competition Rules Users can choose to register for either the team competition or the 1v1 battle blitz. Users who register for both events are eligible to receive rewards from each competition independently. ➣ Competition 1: Team Competition (70% of the total prize pool, up to $3,500,000) (1) During the competition, teams participating in the team competition will compete in two time periods (the first and second half, with each half lasting two weeks). Within these two time periods, teams will compete to determine the top 10 teams. A team can participate in the competition during both time periods. The rankings and data of the teams will be reset at the end of each half. The specific rules are as follows: Notes: 1.Return = Spot Return + Futures Return; Trading Volume = Spot Trading Volume + Futures Trading Volume*40% 2.Team Return (each half) = the sum of all returns (positive ones only) within the team in each half. Members with returns less than 0 or cumulative trading volume less than 3,000 USDT in the half will be excluded from the ranking within the team. 3.Team Trading Volume (each half) = the sum of trading volume within the team (each half). Members with cumulative trading volume less than 3,000 USDT in half will be excluded from the ranking within the team.

(2) During the competition, the top teams ranked by team return (each half) and team trading volume (each half) will be rewarded, and rules about team rewards distribution within the team are as follows:

➣ Competition 2: 1v1 Battle Blitz (30% of the total prize pool, up to $1,500,000) Individuals participating in the 1v1 Battle Blitz can remain anonymous and compete with other real users online at any time. Each round lasts 2 hours, and all competitors can trade during this period to earn credits. Just about every user can join this competition, and everyone can win a participation prize. However, the higher the credits, the better the prize.

(1) During each round, the two sides will compete based on trading volume and return %. Trading volume is calculated as the spot trading volume plus 40% of the futures trading volume, with no restrictions on trading pairs. Return % is determined by the total return % of the account during the game, including both futures and spot trading. Futures trading is limited to pairs on the whitelist, which will be updated weekly during the competition. There are no restrictions on trading currency for spot trading. (2) During the competition, users will be graded according to their total trading volume each round (2 hours per round), and corresponding credits will be distributed after the game. They will be divided into four levels: Primary, Intermediate, Advanced, and Supreme; the higher the transaction volume, the higher the level. The detailed credits table is as follows: -Primary: Trading volume of contract/spot or unified account is less than 100 USDT. -Intermediate: The trading volume of contract/spot or unified account authority is greater than or equal to 100 USDT. -Advanced: Trading volume of contract/spot or unified account authority is greater than or equal to 500 USDT. -Supreme: Trading volume of contract/spot or unified account is greater than or equal to 1,000 USDT.

(3) Rewards on valid trading activity will be distributed dynamically during the event. The top 500 competitors on the leaderboard will share the portion of the WCTC dynamic prize pool allocated to the 1v1 Battle Blitz. The USDT prize pool for 1v1 Battle Blitz accounts for 30% of the total prize pool. Users ranked below the top 500 will receive designated gift boxes according to the ranking list; everyone gets a prize! The reward tiers are as follows:

The Prize Bags are divided into five types: A to E. The Prize Bags A to D are dynamically allocated according to the number of valid trades each user conducts during the competition. The remaining users will receive the Prize Bag E (Sunshine Award). Everyone gets a prize, but the higher the ranking, the better the prize. Competitors will have a chance to redeem their prizes after the competition. Depending on rank, competitors can choose from the following Prize Bags on a first-come, first-served basis: Notes: 1.Trading Volume = Spot Trading Volume + Futures Trading Volume*40%; Return % = (User's futures earnings during the competition + user's spot earnings during the competition) / (Sum of the maximum margin of USDT perpetual market contract trading pairs traded by the user during the competition + user's initial spot assets at the time of participation + spot transferred assets); 2.Users can initiate a PK at any time or choose to be automatically matched for a PK by enabling the corresponding setting. Once a PK starts, players can trade or hold positions at any time. If no trading or holding action is detected for two consecutive matched PKs, the feature will be automatically turned off until the user actively re-enables it. 3.If any user obtains credits improperly due to abnormal market conditions, the credits will be forfeited upon review. 4.The ranking of the list is first based on (1) the number of credits or, if there is a tie, the priority order of (2) cumulative wins and (3) cumulative trading volume will be sorted again.

Users can complete a series of tasks to get more opportunities to grab gifts. Scheduled gifts, super gifts and more! Each gift comes with a reward. You can share the prize pool of $50,000 in futures voucher if you win exclusive WCTC shards. The specific rules are as follows: Notes: 1.After claiming the $50 futures voucher, the cumulative net deposits in the following 7 days should be $500 or more and maintained for at least 24 hours in order to collect the futures voucher (The system will take a snapshot every day during the competition. Please make sure the cumulative net deposits are not less than $500 and maintained for at least 24 hours before the snapshot is taken). 2.Users who meet the requirements for both net deposit amount and maintaining time will receive a $50 futures voucher within 24 hours after successfully registering for the competition, which can be viewed in "Vouchers" and activated to place orders. 3.The 3 tickets for each "first time" task (first time participating in spot trading, futures trading, Bots, Startup subscription and Simple Earn) are not counted into the maximum number of times of completing the task. 4.Users are only awarded one gift when they are not logged in.

Details are as follows: Notes: 1.Trading Volume = Spot Trading Volume + Futures Trading Volume*40% 2.Each user, identified by their unique user ID (UID), can participate in the live prize draw multiple times and receive rewards repeatedly, as long as they meet the specified volume requirements each time. 3.Users must successfully register for the competition to enter into the live prize draw. 4.users must engage in the event honestly. If multiple accounts are registered using the same IP address and attempt to participate in the event via the same Gate.io App, only one of those accounts will be considered valid.

VII. Competition Description 1.During the competition, individual users can participate in Team Competition and 1v1 Battle Blitz at the same time, and enjoy all rewards obtained. Users registered for the 1v1 Battle Blitz can still join the Team Competition, create a team, or join other teams until the official registration ends. 2.If the team size is less than 5 before the registration ends, the captain can disband the team, and team members can choose to join other teams. If the team size is still less than 5 after the registration ends, and the captain has not disbanded the team, the team will be automatically disbanded; the team members have a 24 hours window to choose teams to join. 24 hours later, anyone who has not chosen any team will be randomly assigned to other teams. Each user can only join one team and cannot voluntarily withdraw from a team after joining. 3.Return Calculation: Return = Spot Return + Futures Return; Trading Volume = Spot Trading Volume + Futures Trading Volume*40% 4.Spot Return (each half) = spot account assets at the end of each half - spot account assets at the beginning of each half + transfers out during the competition - transfers in during the competition. Futures Return (each half) = [USDT Perp at the end of each half (realized PNL + unrealized PNL)] - [USDT Perp at the beginning of each half (realized PNL + unrealized PNL)] 5.To receive rewards in the Team Competition, users must have a cumulative total trading volume of at least 5,000 USDT during the official competition. For the 1v1 Battle Blitz, users must achieve a cumulative total trading volume of at least 1,000 USDT. The final winners will be announced the day after the event ends. Note that trading volume generated using the futures voucher will not count towards the competition's futures trading volume. 6.The $50 futures voucher obtained from the [Gift Bonanza] must be activated within 7 days of receiving it. Once the voucher is activated, trading positions established using the voucher will remain open for 3 days. 7.For distribution of team rewards, the captain gets an exclusive 20% share of the prize and can also participate in the distribution of the remaining 40% among team members. Teams must have a minimum of 5 members, with no upper limit. 8.In the Team Competition, teams will be ranked by return and trading volume separately and can receive rewards for both rankings. In the 1v1 Battle Blitz, users will compete in terms of return % and trading volume, with winners acquiring credits. All users will be ranked based on credits to receive rewards. 9.Registering multiple accounts using the same ID will be regarded as one account, and only one account will get rewarded. Sub-accounts will not qualify for the event. To receive the futures voucher and other rewards, account KYC must be completed. 10.Physical prizes will be issued after the competition. Winners will receive an email requesting their mailing address within 30 days. Failure to provide the address within this timeframe will result in forfeiting the prize. 11.To maintain the fairness of the competition, this competition will not be open to users of VIP11 and above as well as API traders. 12.The final prize pool is determined by the number of valid traders, the number of valid traders = the number of participants registered in the competition - the number of users who have not opened positions during the competition - the number of users determined by the risk control system as a user who violated the event rules (including but not limited to batch registration of inflated prize pools, matching transaction, self-dealing, etc.). 13.During the event, team captains can invite new users to register and participate by sharing an invitation link. As a reward, the inviter can receive up to 60% long-term commission. 14.The market analysis provided by any team captain does not represent the official opinion of Gate.io. 15.Risk warning: crypto-currency trading is affected by many factors such as market fluctuations and policies. Important Notes 1.If any cheating behavior is detected, including but not limited to malicious volume-increasing, cross-trading, self-trading, market manipulation, and batch registration, Gate.io reserves the right to disqualify violating users from participating in the event and receiving rewards. 2.If a user obtains Gate Points or futures voucher through improper means, their eligibility to win will be canceled once detected, and those with serious violations will have their accounts banned. 3.This event is not open to users in the UK and other restricted areas specified in the User Agreement. 4.Gate.io reserves the right to interpret the terms of this event.
