When utilizing Gate Connect to buy crypto with debit/credit card or bank transfer or any other service facilitated by Gate UAB, you may encounter a request to undergo UAB KYC verification. This process involves a few straightforward steps that need to be completed before accessing our products and services. Below, we provide detailed guidance to assist you through the verification procedure.

1. When you are requested to do the UAB KYC verification with a popup showing up to start your Gate UAB KYC Verification Process. Click on the Proceed button. 2. Enter all the details in all the fields correctly and accurately, and also choose one of the ID types (National ID/Passport/Driver License) to verify your identity. After you're done, once again click on the empty box next to 'I have read and agree to Gate Global UAB Terms of Use and Gate Global UAB Privacy Policy.' and press Submit. 3. Make sure you give permission to your browser to access your PC's camera when doing the live document verification. Follow the instruction, and the following popup will appear, requesting you to take a photo of the front side of your document. Hold the front of the national ID Card/Passpot/Driver's Licence in front of the camera, and press the circular button to take a photo. You will be asked to take a photo of both the Front and Back (for ID card/driver's license) of your ID document. 4. After successfully taking photos of your ID document, the final step is to take a live selfie. When you're ready to take a selfie, click on 'I'm Ready' and follow the on-screen instructions, rotating your head as instructed and then submit the selfie. After completing taking a selfie, the application will terminate. You will be notified via e-mail whether your application has been successful or not.
